3DX8 ships inside the United States. Checkout offers standard USPS Ground Advantage at $6.95 per order, free when the order is $49 or more, expedited USPS Priority Mail at $14.95 per order, and free local pickup by appointment.
Custom pieces are made to order after you approve the proof. Lead times are business days after that approval and do not include transit.
Draft refund approach, for Mitch to confirm: once making has started, a custom piece with your name, number, logo, or other personalization is not refundable. You can cancel for a full refund before making starts by emailing hello@3dx8.com. If the studio cannot make the piece, or it arrives damaged, email that same address and the studio will replace it or refund the payment.
