Custom order terms

Pieces in the shop are made to order. Paying at checkout asks the studio to make the piece you described. Making starts after you approve the proof.
Logo files are not uploaded on this site. After checkout, email logo artwork to hello@3dx8.com.
Check spelling, numbers, and colors at checkout. The text you enter is what gets made.
Lead times are business days after proof approval. They are not a promised delivery date, and they do not include shipping.
Team, business, and local pickup orders can request a quote. Engraving on drinkware you supply is quote-only and local.
Payment is collected by Stripe on a hosted page. This site does not take card numbers. The Stripe account belongs to the parent company, Xpancom, LLC.
